RETENTION AND DISTRIBUTION POLICY

Because we do not have adequate storage facilities, trophies must be picked up within three months of their initial distribution date or they will be forfeited.  Trophies are initially distributed during our Awards Ceremonies held approximately four times per year.  Awards Ceremony dates are announced at the Club and on the Website in advance.  IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE AWARDS CEREMONY, YOU MUST MAKE ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP YOUR TROPHY.  Contact by email or phone (650-591-8857) at least three days before you wish to pick up your trophy.  Unclaimed trophies are not routinely brought to the Club.
